Ibn Hisham said: “Then he stayed with them at Al-Araj (Vast Valley), while some camels arrived late in the afternoon. The Prophet (PBUH) was carried by a man from Aslam, named Aws bin Hajar, on a camel named Ibn Al-Ridaa, to Medina.
He sent with him a boy named Saud bin Hunaidah. Then their guide went out with them from Al-Araj (Vast Valley), and took to road of Thanyat Al-‘aer, to the right of his camel. It is also called “Al-Gha’er”.
