Mushaireb Well (Al-Yahoub Well)

Mushaireb Well | Ibn Ishaq, describing the route of the Prophet (PBUH) to the Oshaira Incursion, said: “He took the track of Bani Dinar, then took the track of Faifaa Al-Khobar, and rested under a tree at the flatland of Ibn Azhar, called That Al-Saq (The Legged). He prayed there. So the spot was his mosque. Food was cooked for him there, and he ate, together with the people. Then it was the spot of Athafi Al-Borma. Water was brought to him from a well called Al-Mushtareb (Mushaireb). Then, the Prophet (PBUH) departed, leaving the people to the left, and took a route called Abdulla Route, i.e. the same name today. Then, he turned left until it was night time. He stayed, with his group and the group of Dobou’a, and drank from a well at Al-Dobou’a, then he went through Malal, until the met the road at Sukhairat Al-Yamam (small rocks of Al-Yamam), then the road straightened until he stayed at Oshaira from at the heart of Yanbu. He stayed there for the month of Jumada Al-Oula and nights of Jumada Al-Akhira, wherein he truced Bani Madlaj of Bani Damra, then returned to Medina, without encountering any conspiracy.
